Sunset Chaser

2 min reading time

Sunset Chaser is made for the magic hour—when the sun dips low and everything is tinged with gold. Evoking the feeling of chasing the last light of day, it’s a citrus-forward cocktail layered with tea and bitters. Romantic and bright, it captures that fleeting, golden warmth in every sip.

Cocktail Flavor Camps

The inspiration behind this cocktail, as explained by bartender Sheldon Jackson, “I wanted a cocktail that reminds you of the sunset, and the pursuit of that feeling that moment gives you. Although the Cristalino is filtered to come crystal clear, it still has those beautiful hints of an aged tequila that pair really well with the bergamot from the tea. Still having those fresher notes as well, the citrus fruits help carry it over the finish line.
