The Interlude

2 min reading time

Designed for a moment of pause, The Interlude is your soundtrack in a glass—best enjoyed with Carter Vail’s “Interlude” playing softly in the background. It’s a cocktail meant for golden hour reflections, blending the rich comfort of coffee and vanilla with the crystal clarity of Cristalino tequila. Think moody lounge meets late-night vinyl.

Cocktail Flavor Camps

The inspiration behind this cocktail, as explained by bartender Justin Draper, “This drink is perfect to sip while taking a break in your day. Whether it’s a sip with friends before the afternoon turns into the evening, or a pause after dinner before the rest of your plans, it’s meant to savour the moment and bring in the next moment. Casamigos Cristalino’s complex aged notes and a clean finish support a rich, smooth cocktail to be enjoyed among friends.
