Cocktail Flavor Camps

The inspiration behind this cocktail, as explained by bartender Zoe Bates, “the concept for this cocktail is serene & hidden gardens. This cocktail channels calm and balance through fresh cucumber juice and the grounding warmth of honey. The crisp, clean profile of Casamigos Cristalino serves as the backbone, enhanced by the citrus brightness of lime and the earthy complexity of Lem-Marrakech Bitters. ‘Sanctuary Roots’ is a refreshing yet deeply soothing escape in nature—a tranquil retreat with every sip.
