Ingredients
1.25 oz Lot №40 Dark Oak
0.75 oz Pere Magloire VS Calvados
0.50 oz Luxardo Amaro Abano
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 bar spoon Fig Preserve
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake (yes, that’s right) until diluted and chilled.
- Double strain (to remove pectins from the preserves) into a coupe glass and garnish with expressed orange oils.
