Banana Pancakes

2 min reading time
Banana Pancakes is rich, playful, and comfort-driven, blending café depth with a warm sense of nostalgia. It has the cosy feel of a dessert cocktail, lifted by bright fruit notes and a gentle thread of spice that keeps each sip lively rather than heavy. Best enjoyed with some Jack Johnson playing in the background, this drink captures easygoing morning energy and turns it into a smooth, quietly indulgent pick-me-up at any time of day.

Cocktail Flavor Camps

The inspiration behind this cocktail, as explained by bartender Justin Draper, “Monkey Shoulder has always tasted like fruity baked goods to me. I wanted to complement those flavours with a fun yet complex riff on an espresso martini, perfect for breakfast or any time of the day! The blend of baking spices through bitters and amaro, with fruity banana from liqueur, complement the vanilla and fruit notes of Monkey Shoulder, backed by maple sweetness and coffee. And of course, monkeys love bananas!
