Cocktail Flavor Camps

The inspiration behind this cocktail as explained by Mixology Matt owner Matt Sinagoga, “Some of my first memories of tasting alcohol were at my Nonno’s dinner table. After meals, he would offer a small glass of Amaro, teaching me the beauty of bitterness and balance. This cocktail recreates that moment, blending Cloud House Coffee Rum with Canadian Rye and Averna to honour heritage and craft. It is a stirred sipper meant for reflection and conversation, a modern toast to family, tradition, and the quiet rituals that shape our palates. Every sip carries the warmth and memory of those early Italian evenings.
