Cocktail Flavor Camps

The inspiration behind this cocktail as explained by bartender Sheldon Jackson, “this cocktail is built around Cloud House Coffee Liqueur to highlight its depth and versatility alongside reposado tequila and Grand Marnier. The tequila brings warmth and subtle spice, while the Grand Marnier adds orange brightness and smooth structure. Together, they create a balanced mix of roasted coffee, oak, and citrus. It’s bold but effortless, a refined nod to the classic Carajillo, made for that late-afternoon moment when you want something rich, not heavy, and quietly confident.
