The 24 Carat Ramos, created by Justin Draper (Edmonton, AB), is pure golden indulgence with a sparkling finish. Inspired by the classic Ramos Gin Fizz structure, this cocktail leans into rich, creamy texture while swapping tradition for something far more decadent.
Grand Marnier brings a bold orange-cognac depth, layered with bright lemon juice to keep the profile lively and lifted. Saffron syrup adds an aromatic, honeyed warmth that feels luxurious without turning cloying, while heavy cream and egg white create that signature silky, cloud-like foam.
Finished with a generous pour of cava, the result is plush, citrusy, and celebratory, like dessert and champagne decided to collaborate.

Saffron and orange liqueur pair well with citrus and floral notes of Villa Conchi to bring a sip worthy of your celebration!”

Flavor Camps: Sour, Creamy, Savory, Bubbly

Ingredients

  • 3.0 oz Villa Conchi Cava

  • 1.0 oz Grand Marnier

  • 1.0 oz Lemon Juice

  • 1.0 oz Saffron Syrup*

  • 0.75 oz Heavy Cream

  • 1 Egg White

Directions

  • Build in a shaker over ice (minus the Cava).
  • Shake until chilled and diluted.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe, top with Cava and garnish.

Notes

  • Steep a pinch of saffron in 5 ounces hot water until the mixture is bright yellow and flavourful. Add equal parts sugar, and strain out the saffron.
