Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz Lot №40 Dark Oak

  • 0.75 oz Pere Magloire VS Calvados

  • 0.50 oz Luxardo Amaro Abano

  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

  • 1 bar spoon Fig Preserve

Directions

  • Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake (yes, that’s right) until diluted and chilled.
  • Double strain (to remove pectins from the preserves) into a coupe glass and garnish with expressed orange oils.
