Cocktail Flavor Camps
The inspiration behind this cocktail, as explained by Dimitri Nikoletsos, home bartender from Toronto, Ontario, “fig is a fruit that thrives in the Mediterranean climate. When muddled into the cocktail, the fig adds a luscious, fruity richness that complements the tropical fruit and spices of the Caribbean rums and the dry and nutty profile of the Spanish sherry. A delicious sipper for a hot day, whether you are on the beach in Jamaica, or by the Mediterranean sea!“
