Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Burnt Caramel
- Aroma: Rich caramel, pecan pie, molasses, graham crackers, corn syrup, nutmeg and cinnamon.
- Taste & Mouthfeel: Butterscotch, candied, caramel, pecans, pencil shavings, buttery, vanilla, almond croissant.
- Finish: Sweet and mouth watering.
- Distinctiveness: This expression is quite a big departure from their original!
- Overall Drinkability & Balance: Very 'crushable' for a high-proof whisky. This would be a fantastic base in cocktails to bring them a little extra oomph but not overpower the other ingredients.
