Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Hennessy VS

  • 0.5 oz Cardamaro**

  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 0.5 oz Rich Simple Syrup*

  • 2 Bar spoon Raspberry Jam

  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

  • Garnish: Lemon Peel Lemon

Directions

  • Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
  • Shake until chilled and diluted.
  • Strain into a chilled coup and spritz lemon oils over top.
  • Garnish with the peel shaped like a Lemon hanging off the glass.
  • If you want it to be realistic used a clove piece and a leaf at the top of the peel to imitate a lemon.

Notes

  • *Rich Simple Syrup:
    200 g white sugar
    100 g filtered water

    Place the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Once the sugar is fully dissolved the syrup is finished. Let cool at room temperature and place in a bottle in the fridge for further use.
  • **If you don't have access to Cardamaro, you can substitute for Amaro Montenegro
