Ingredients

  • 2.0 oz Redbreast 12 Year

  • 0.75 oz Pineapple-infused Campari*

  • 0.25 oz Licor 43

  • 0.25 oz Giffard Creme de Banane

  • Garnish: Lime Twist

Directions

  • Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.
  • Stir until chilled and diluted.
  • Strain into a chilled glass.
  • Garnish with a lime twist.

Notes

  • *Pineapple Infused Campari: Add 5-6 fresh chunks of pineapple into 250 ml of Campari. Let sit for 24 hours. Fine strain before use. Keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
