Ingredients
1.5 oz Hennessy VS
0.5 oz Cardamaro**
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Rich Simple Syrup*
2 Bar spoon Raspberry Jam
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Lemon Peel Lemon
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled and diluted.
- Strain into a chilled coup and spritz lemon oils over top.
- Garnish with the peel shaped like a Lemon hanging off the glass.
- If you want it to be realistic used a clove piece and a leaf at the top of the peel to imitate a lemon.
Notes
- *Rich Simple Syrup:
200 g white sugar
100 g filtered water
Place the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Once the sugar is fully dissolved the syrup is finished. Let cool at room temperature and place in a bottle in the fridge for further use. - **If you don't have access to Cardamaro, you can substitute for Amaro Montenegro
