Cocktail Flavor Camps

The inspiration behind this cocktail, as explained by bartender Justin Draper, “inspired by popular Alberta flavour combo of honey, lemon, ginger, and the feeling of driving down a range road to the cabin or farm for a weekend away with loved ones. You’ll often drive past bee hives, as Alberta is Canada’s top honey producer. This drink is accessible for new drinkers, while offering complexity for seasoned cocktail experts, and showcasing the bold caramel notes of Reifel Rye.
