Elder Statesman was created for our Bring the Bright cocktail challenge in August 2026 by Abbotsford home bartender Randy Walker. Altamura vodka, St-Germain and Cointreau are stirred together and topped with Prosecco for an elegant, floral sipper with plenty of summery sparkle. Randy explains, “With this challenge I was looking for something bright of course, but also refreshing and sophisticated. The elderflower liqueur combined with the Cointreau create a delicious fruity and floral combination, and the Prosecco provides the summery refreshment. I hope you enjoy!”
