Created by bartender Angela Lai, this cocktail was voted “People’s Choice” during our Tequila Cocktail Challenge (April 2024). As noted by Lai, “it’s often really rainy here in Vancouver; but with the rain comes the green and luscious vegetation. This drink is refreshing and light, much like spring, with a bit of fresh herbaceous notes of the cilantro it is used to brighten up and complement the Casamigos.”
