Cocktail Flavor Camps
The inspiration behind this cocktail, as explained by Kade Russell, professional bartender based in Sidney, BC, “Vikings have a history of taking what they want regardless of if it was theirs or not. Raiding was such a joyful experience for them I figured making something that utilizes the floral and smokey notes from the scotch representing a burning village in spring. and that being topped off with a bright sparkling grapefruit (also known as the forbidden fruit) soda signifies the end goal of plundering shiny sparkling jewels and other valuable items.“
