This white rum is made for mixing (think mojitos and daiquiris). Clean and well-made, this expression has very subtle notes of lemon, vanilla, white pepper and ethanol sweetness – if you’re a vodka drinker, this may be the rum for you.

Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Crystal Clear. The bottles themselves stand out and are also very functional for bartenders' rails.
- Aroma: A very faint aroma. Slight hints of lemon/lemon verbena, vanilla, a slight brininess, rice paper, white pepper.
- Taste & Mouthfeel: Very dry on the palate, hence the 'extra seco'. This rum is very clean (rectified), filtered, and round. Slight notes of white pepper, citrus and ethanol sweetness.
- Finish: The finish is clean and dissipates quickly.
- Distinctiveness: This isn't too distinct other than the dryness that Flor de Cana is known for.
- Overall Drinkability & Balance: This isn't a sipping rum but is made for cocktailing. Whether it's a simple rum and ginger, or a mojito or daiquiri, this should be a staple value blanco rum on your home bar.
