Tasting Notes

Appearance: Deep amber; The Bottle itself stands out on a shelf and is extremely eye catching due to the shape and design.
Aroma: Buttery toffee, chai tea, chamomile, angostura candied walnuts, orange, eucalyptus.
Taste & Mouthfeel: Spiced marzipan, more eucalyptus, a touch of black licorice, sweet but astringent, think Aunt Jemima slathered french toast.
Finish: Long finish that's sweet and spicy.
Distinctiveness: Extremely distinctive; this is unlike any other rye currently in the market!
Overall Drinkability & Balance: A very intriguing profile, however, if you're used to traditional rye whiskies, this may not be your jam.

There is a slightly synthetic note to this expression that we can’t quite put our fingers on… alike Aunt Jemima maple syrup.
